Herefordshire Information and Research Network (HIRN)
Are you a researcher, information gatherer or an information user? If so, our meetings are likely to be of interest to you.
HIRN has been established by Herefordshire Council Research Team to provide a forum for anyone engaged in research and information gathering activities within any of the Partner organisations to share knowledge and expertise. We hope that people will 'drop into' the Network by attending those meetings that are of particular interest to them. The meetings are open to anyone (regardless of position) but you will need to let us know if you plan to attend; places will be allocated to those who book first.
Each meeting includes a presentation on a topic of general interest to provide a focus for discussion. There is also an opportunity for those present to update others on current or planned research activities. Another aspect that shouldn't be overlooked is the chance for some useful informal 'networking'!
Please see end of page for presentation notes from previous seminars.
