High voltage testing at the council's Plough Lane offices in Hereford means that all computer systems are being closed down from 5:45pm on Friday 6 June. So the web service you are trying to use is currently not available and may not be available for the rest of this weekend.
The testing, which takes place every five years, has to be undertaken by health and safety managers across the whole Bulmers factory in Plough Lane, and is a condition of the Electricity at Work regulations as well as their lease with the council, which uses part of the site.
However, we will be testing systems on Sunday 8 June, after the power is restored, to ensure services are provided as usual for the morning of Monday 9 June. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
