Do you know someone who's made a difference?
Why not nominate them for the Pride of Herefordshire Awards 2008, organised by Herefordshire Partnership, Hereford Journal and Sunshine Radio, with sponsorship from local companies. It's a chance to celebrate the wonderful things people do, that make a difference to others. The categories are: Entrepreneur, Learner, Courage, Environmental Champion, Young Carer, Adult Carer, Youth Community, Adult Community and Health Champion.
Nominations commenced 16th April and close 18th July
