Herefordshire Partnership
Herefordshire Partnership was established in 2000. It is a voluntary partnership of public, private, community and voluntary organisations which, through County-wide consultation and joint working, developed and committed their organisations to the Community Strategy for Herefordshire. It fulfills the duty placed on the Council to establish and run a Local Strategic Partnership. The geographical area covered follows that of Herefordshire Council boundary.
With new responsibilities relating to the Local Area Agreement (LAA) and Area Based Grant (ABG), the development of Herefordshire Public Services, and the need for stronger functional links with other partnerships, this is an opportune time to review Herefordshire Partnership's Governance Arrangements. Comments on this paper are welcome, and we would particularly appreciate feedback on the options. Please send your comments to Chris Bucknell, Herefordshire Partnership Team, email cbucknell@herefordshire.gov.uk telephone 01432 261789 before 1st September 2008
