Getting Involved

Getting Involved

Getting involved is about developing your community in the way you feel is right and influencing decisions that affect your area. You can make your views heard through elections but also much less formal processes such as consultations, public meetings, volunteering, or playing your part in a Parish Plan.

Herefordshire Partnership encourages community involvement and there are many organisations you can turn to for information. These pages show a selection of these, but they are by no means exhaustive. We are adding new contents to these pages continuously, so please visit us regularly to find out more. If you want to get in touch, you can email us on consult@herefordshire.gov.uk.

Herefordshire Partnership's Consultation Protocol sets out Best Practice, and we encourage Partners to work to these guidelines.
